Shorten the project lifecycle — from first call to paid.
The job opens from the first call, and the record builds as the work happens. The invoice goes out at completion with a substantiated backup package behind every line — not weeks later. Reviews close quickly when every answer is already attached, and payment follows.
THIS EXAMPLE: PAID IN 26 DAYS — NOT MONTHS OF BACK-AND-FORTH
A sneak peek at the early build.
The whole operation, one board — every job, every stage, what's stuck and why.
A call becomes a job in under a minute — rates and billing auto-applied.
Everyone lands on their own list — a missing daily lands on the crew's, not in the PM's morning calls.
Gates catch the gap while crews are still on site — nobody hunts backup weeks later.
Revenue, margin, and where billed dollars leak — by stage and by job, so you fix the process, not the people.
The paperwork is done when the work is.
Crews log photos, moisture readings, time, and materials in one app on the truck, tagged to the right area as they go. There are no paper forms to type up at night, and nobody calls a month from now asking what the meter read on day four.
Fair questions, straight answers.
Who is this for?
Restoration contractors — the growing companies and middle-market operators who carry residential and commercial work, including large loss and CAT. It is built from the contractor's side of the table, not the carrier's.
Who is building it?
Real restoration operators who understand the challenges specific to this work. Frustrated with the gaps in the tech stack available to contractors, we set out to solve real-world challenges with real solutions.
Will it replace my current systems?
It replaces the patchwork around the job: paper T&M field forms, the job file spread across inboxes and folders, the handful of tools that don't talk. It does not replace your accounting system — your books stay where they are.
How much does it cost?
We have not published pricing yet, and we would rather say so than guess. The early-access group sees pricing first, before launch.
How does early access work?
It opens in waves, starting Fall 2026. We are keeping the first group small enough to onboard each company properly. Joining the list commits you to nothing.
What happens after I sign up?
We send a confirmation, then a short update now and then as the build moves forward. When your wave opens, we send the invitation. We will not crowd your inbox in between.
